Vigilantes & Biscuits

A city housing estate is out of hand, and out of bounds. There is no law; robbery, arson and even murder prevail. Some of the inhabitants, however, decide to form their own vigilante group. It is up to Commander George Gideon of Scotland Yard to restore order and the rule of law, but this is complicated by the fact he simultaneously has to deal with the vicious killing of two brothers and the kidnapping of the wife of a leading biscuit manufacturer.
